Welcoming Our Early Years Families to TLC

Ahead of the start of the new academic year, we welcomed our Early Years children and their families to TLC for a special introductory day designed to help make their first steps into school feel comfortable, familiar and exciting.

During the visit, children and parents had the opportunity to meet Ms Despina, our Head of Early Years, alongside the Early Years teaching team. Families were able to explore the classrooms, discover the different learning spaces and become more familiar with the environment that will soon become an important part of their everyday school life.

Starting school is an exciting milestone for both children and their families, and the introductory day provided plenty of time to explore at a relaxed pace, meet new faces and begin settling into their new surroundings. It was lovely to see our youngest students getting to know their teachers and discovering some of the activities and experiences that await them at TLC.

The day also gave parents the opportunity to become familiar with the Early Years setting and meet the team who will be supporting their children throughout this important stage of their development.

We look forward to seeing our newest students grow in confidence, make new friendships and enjoy all the experiences that their first year at TLC will bring as they begin their school journey with us.
