World Book Day
Celebrating World Book Day at TLC Primary
World Book Day was filled with excitement, creativity, and imagination at TLC Primary as students arrived dressed as their favourite book characters, bringing stories to life throughout the school.
The day began with a colourful costume parade, where children proudly showcased their fantastic outfits in front of their classmates and teachers. From classic storybook characters to modern favourites, the creativity and effort that went into the costumes made the celebration even more special.
A big congratulations goes to our best-dressed winners, whose imaginative costumes truly stood out and impressed everyone.
Throughout the day, students also enjoyed exploring our Book Fair, which gave them the opportunity to discover a wonderful range of books and develop their love of reading. It was lovely to see so much enthusiasm as children browsed new stories and selected books to enjoy at home.
We would like to say a special thank you to Wonderbooks for providing such an amazing selection of books for our students and helping make the event such a success.
World Book Day is always a wonderful opportunity to celebrate reading, creativity, and the joy that books bring to children’s lives, and this year’s celebrations were no exception.
Finally, a huge thank you goes to our parents for your continued support and for helping create so many imaginative and creative costumes. Your effort and enthusiasm helped make the day even more memorable for all of the children.
